Information on general usage and any personal details you provide JSE will be used to provide you with enhanced features such as customized content and access to our member's only services.

Personal Information
On JSE sites you can purchase products, compete in games and contests, vote in polls or otherwise express an opinion, and otherwise participate in our online communities. In order for you to participate in these activities JSE may request and collect certain information and data from you such as name, age, gender, address, email address, zip code, telephone number, credit card information and information about your interests in and use of various products, programs and services. By providing contact information, you will be eligible to acquire user ID's and passwords that will allow you to participate.

Updating Personal Information
Through the use of JSE's "Utilities" system you will have the ability at any time to correct and update your personal information. Tracking
In the course of using the JSE site, JSE may assign random numbers to you for the purpose of anonymously tracking site usage. Content Providers
News and Information. JSE sometimes negotiates with third parties to offer visitors access to co-branded news and other information on the JSE site. There is no collection of contact or other personal information in connection with the provision of such information.

E-Commerce/ Competitions
JSE may contain links to other third-party web sites, including affiliate and e-commerce partners, sweepstakes providers and sponsors. Co-branded Fantasy Games
JSE sometimes negotiates with third parties to offer the third parties' visitors access to a co-branded fantasy game. By registering for a specific JSE service (Sportsmail, fantasy games, etc.) you are consenting to receive email relating to that service and will not have an opportunity to opt-out of receiving those communications. Disclosure of Personal Information JSE sites may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) conform to the edicts of law or comply with legal process served on JSE, (b) protect and defend the rights or property of JSE or the visitors of JSE, or (c) protect the personal safety of visitors of JSE or the public.

Information Security
All information gathered on the JSE site is stored and maintained in secure facilities that limit access to authorized personnel only. JSE uses industry standard practices to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal identifiable information, including "firewalls" and Secure Socket Layers. JSE treats data as an asset that must be protected against loss and unauthorized access. We employ security techniques to protect such data from unauthorized access by users inside and outside the company. Your JSE profile is password-protected so that you are the only member who has access to this information. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. Children
JSE believes that it is particularly important to protect the privacy of children. JSE does not willingly or knowingly allow anyone under the age of 13 to register to become a member of the JSE community . In order to register at JSE and become a member, visitors must first certify that they are at least 13 years old and have read and accepted the JSE privacy guidelines as well as rules and regulations pertaining to fantasy games and contests.

Member Services
Jocksalot is roughly divided into two types of services: free and member's only. Free services do not require registration, although cookies are used in providing access to these services. To participate in JSE member's only activities, users must join by using the joining system registration form and agreesing to this privacy policy. Upon submission, all registrations become the exclusive property of the JSE.

Members agree to release the JSE and its agents, advertisers, sponsors or promotional partners, from all liability arising from participation in any of the contests, simulations or games located on JSE. JSE is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit any member's ability to participate in any contest, simulation or game at JSE.

Members agree to be bound by the rules of any contest, simulation or game and by the rules of fair play and consideration of fellow members. Members who violate any of the rules or guidelines for behavior published on the site are subject to immediate disqualification and revocation of their JSE membership. JSE is under no obligation to award any prize to any member who violates a published rule or guideline.

Some contests and games on JSE offer prizes to members. All prizes are subject to the official game or contest rules published with that game or contest.

JSE reserves the right to cancel, terminate or alter any contest, simulation or game or the rules thereof at any time without prior notification.

JSE does not tolerate the use of foul language, threats or harassment of any kind. The use of any of these, or any other behavior deemed by the management of JSE to reasonably damage the JSE community can result in the suspesion of services or the forfeiture of memberships. The judgement of the JSE management is final in these matters.
